OMM fined $487,500 for 2019 Bootu Creek tragedy

MANGANESE miner OM Manganese has been fined $487,500 in the Northern Territory Local Court for a breach of the Work Health and Safety Act (2011) that resulted in the death of Craig Butler at the Bootu Creek mine near Tennant Creek on August 24, 2019.
