Tenure secure, Johnston claims

WESTERN Australia mines minister Bill Johnston has promised to ensure security of tenure for exploration tenements, following a decision in the Warden’s Court that sparked fears all exploration licences in WA could be rendered invalid due to non-compliance with the state's mining laws.
