A successful East Coast based Registered Training Organisation who specialise in the provision of training services across mining, construction and supply chain currently seeks two Business Development Managers to assist in growing their Queensland presence. With major contracts in place with top tier mining and logistics groups on a national and regional level, the opportunity exists for this group to expand their Queensland presence leveraging a proven specialist RTO offering.

Reporting to the National BD Manager, you will be responsible for growing the group's client base across mining, construction and supply chain customers in your geographical remit. Key accountabilities will include developing new customers and leveraging existing client relationships and your networks to grow the company's client base of training customers.

These newly created opportunities can be based in flexible locations (e.g. Brisbane, Townsville, Cairns, Toowoomba, etc). A very lucrative performance based remuneration structure is offered, comprising of an attractive base salary (circa $85K) plus very lucrative uncapped commissions, with average performers achieving well in excess of $300K p.a.

As an ideal candidate, you will be an experienced mining professional with strong networks within the training & HR mining circles across either the North Queensland or Surat Basin regions. You will also be personable, well connected and possess a demonstrable enthusiasm to transition to business development.
