Challenged Pacific seeks expansion

PACIFIC Energy has increased its before-tax earnings guidance for the 2016 fiscal year, but while its EBITDA might be up by 5% to $35.6 million, the energy generator is warning that the market in 2016-17 will be much riskier as the company’s long dated contracts come up for renewal.
