As the world transitions to a carbon neutral future the amount of critical minerals needed are expected to skyrocket.
For one of Australia's Mining Monthly's Mining Figure(s) of the Year, that means the company she leads is mining a commodity the business textbooks would describe as being on the "rapid growth path".
Interestingly though this Mining Figure of the Year, only came into the mining industry about seven years ago.
Nevertheless, she has been able to lead this key critical minerals player into a unique position.
