The Gillette News Record reports about 30 current and retired members of the United Mine Workers of America from Kentucky and Virginia attended the AGM at the Powder River Basin town of Wright.

They are worried about benefits at some mines Arch once owned but were bought by the now in Chapter 11 Patriot Coal Corporation.

For its part, Arch Coal is sticking to its line that it did not sign a contract with the union and is not involved.
