The system is installed and accessed from the outside of a conveyor transfer point, so that the person servicing it does not have to enter the internal confined space of a skirtboard.

When adjustments are needed, the external adjustable bolt-on system allows for easy access and safe removal.

Because they are mounted on the outside of the skirtboard, inspection and replacement of liners is easier.

The company offers the external wear liners in mild steel, AR 400 steel or stainless-steel, in 4-foot and 6ft lengths. Skirting options include Clampmount or Clampmount MDX skirting clamps, which can also be installed on the external skirtboard/wear liners to aid in the control of dust and material.

Internal liner options are also available providing protection in Armorite, X-Wear ceramic or X-Wear AR 400 (straight or angled) that can be welded to the inside of the external skirtboard/wear liner system.

ASGCO was founded in 1971 and its products and services are classified into six divisions: service, lightweight, engineering, manufactured products, original equipment manufacturer and distributed products.
