A ROAD-registered 10 tonne tipper truck had a partial, slow, 45-degree rollover because washery spillage material hung up in the tray at a New South Wales underground coal mine.

"Mine operators should consider the most appropriate truck type for the material being transported," it said.

"Workers should monitor for material hang up and should report unsafe conditions to their supervisor."
