Humanis managing director Rabieh Krayem said Gnomic would offer limitless opportunities for synergies across the group’s businesses.

“The additional geotechnical and geosciences capability of Gnomic will present as an added strength to Humanis Group’s current service offering,” he said.

Krayem said Gnomic would provide a further niche diversification in addition to Humanis’ mining specialist subsidiary Resco Services.

Gnomic owner, founder and managing director Chrissy Maguire will be staying with the business as managing director.
