Superior Industries, a manufacturer of conveyor systems and components, will introduce its new Core Systems Design program, which offers drive-and-tail pulley assemblies custom-engineered for a specific application.

Core Systems creates cost efficiencies for customers by ensuring that drive components are ideally suited for the particular job specifications while also making sure power requirements are met. Each custom-engineered drive assembly is delivered as a pre-assembled package, which eliminates the costly labor effort involved in onsite assembly and greatly reduces installation time. Plus, the shaft on each assembly is protected by a specially developed rust-prevention treatment.

Comprising key sales, engineering and manufacturing personnel to serve the Superior Industries line-of-power transmission components, the Core Systems team employs the latest finite-element design practices to translate specifications and recommendations into life-like visualizations.

On examining each specific application, this technology predicts potential failures and allows the engineer to adjust the design accordingly. Each Core Systems team member is certified by the American Welding Society and is fully trained in weld inspection and x-ray capabilities.

The Superior Industries Core Systems Design program provides quick turnaround times by having most power-transmission components stocked or readily available. Delivery speed on standard products exceeds industry standard and expedited delivery is available, in timeframes as short as 48 hours. Assembly drawings and all industry-leading brands of power-transmission components are available on request.

Huesker

Huesker will descend on Denver this year in a grid – the Huesker Minegrid.

PGS and Associates
