His placement, effective immediately, will also include work on special products internationally, including Australia and China.
Campoli, a licensed professional engineer, came to Jennmar from seal producer Minova USA, where he was a business development manager. He is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.
“While sorry to leave my friends and customers at Minova, I am excited by the new products and markets under development at Jennmar Corporation, both in the USA and around the world,” Campoli told International Longwall News.
“I am focused on our new efforts in corrugated metal pipe and metal arch standing support; both will be manufactured in a soon-to-be-completed facility in Pounding Mill, Virginia.”
Growth is key for Jennmar, especially over the last year. In addition to the Virginia complex, Jennmar announced in March that a significant expansion to its Australian operations in the Bowen Basin and New South Wales, an effort kicked off late last year, was completed. Last August, it said 70 jobs would be added as it commenced the construction of a new plant near Cedar Bluff in southern West Virginia.
