Bounty launches legal action over Tatu mine

BOUNTY Industries has launched legal proceedings to progress its Tatu mine in New Zealand, after ...

Bounty said Friday the proceedings would not affect the company's growth plans and had allowed management to advance major contract coal mining and longwall gate road development prospects in Queensland and New South Wales.

"Bounty is currently at an advanced stage of commercial negotiations with major mine owners in relation to two new projects in Queensland, and one in New South Wales, all of which are scheduled to commence during this financial year," the company said.
