One of Australia's premier emerging REE and mineral sands developers with world-class projects in Victoria currently seeks to appoint a Geology Manager. With the approvals process well underway for the company's flagship development project and production earmarked for 2025, this is a pivotal time to join a rising star.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for managing exploration and mine geology. Your key accountabilities will include:
- Resource estimation and data management.
- Mine geology including establishing grade control systems.
- Exploration strategy and execution.
- Mentoring the geology team.
- Reporting, compliance, stakeholder management and more.
As a permanent member of the leadership team, you'll reside in Melbourne or regional Victoria, operating on a Monday - Friday basis. In addition to making your mark on a greenfields development project with an outstanding work-life balance, you will enjoy a lucrative remuneration package with attractive incentives. Relocation and sponsorship can be provided.
