McAuliffe quits Stanmore board

CHRIS McAuliffe, who was a nominee director of Greatgroup Investments on the board of Stanmore Coal, has resigned his position after Greatgroup entered into an unconditional agreement to sell 19.9% of its 21.8% shareholding in Stanmore to Golden Energy and Resources.
