Rockland's Richfields coal tenements in the Bowen Basin are the subject of takeover bids from Bowen Energy

Rocklands will purchase all of the shares in China Coke and Chemicals (CCS), which owns and operates a 480,000 tonne per annum capacity coke plant in China.

 

Bowen Energy will now work with joint venture partner Bushan Steel to advance its four coal projects in Queensland.
