CHINA has taken United States, Britain and Canadas lead and have taken to the seas to extract coal. The countrys first ever undersea project is targeting production by years end.
The Beizao coalmine will be situated in Bohai Bay in east China's Shandong province. The project is scheduled to get underway by the fourth quarter.
