FORMER Xstrata Coal group financial officer Ian Fuller has been appointed as chief financial officer at Macarthur Coal.
Fuller will replace current Macarthur CFO Shane Stephan, who will move to the position of chief development officer at the company.
Macarthur Coal chairman Keith De Lacy said Fuller has extensive experience in the resource and finance sectors through his work with Xstrata and MIM Holdings.
He will begin his new role on December 10.
