Ware has showed her commitment to attracting and retaining young professionals in the mining industry through her work with Gold Road Resources, the WA Mining Club and speaking engagements such as the Gold Industry Group's Great Diversity Debate and Future of Mining Sydney 2019.
As Founding Chair of WAMC YP, she led the creation of a forum supporting the development and retention of young professionals within the mining and resource industry.

In the past 12 months WAMC YP has hosted five sold out events that attracted more than 1100 attendees.
It has 140 young professional memberships of which 40% are female.
The creation of WAMC YP has provided an opportunity for individuals in the early stages of their careers to network with peers and seasoned professionals, sharing ideas and information across multiple generations.
