The 6500 tonnes of ore recovered from the pit was loaded onto two trucks and transported to the run-of-mine pad outside the processing facility.

The Gekko gold processing plant was moved onto its cured foundations earlier this week.

The heaviest parts of the plant, including the spinner, were placed on the pad and secured to the foundations.
