The product’s global launch will coincide with AIMEX, which will take care of the system’s introduction to Australasia.
Marketed as a pump product, the Level Lift is compatible with various types of lift cylinders such as locking and hollow cylinders, and can control up to four lift points at one time, without complicated sensors and electronics at each lift point.
Modularity in the unit allows the cylinders to be controlled individually, and in unison, with the system able to stroke each cylinder to the same amount, regardless of the distribution of weight or the resulting pressure at each lift point.
This feature makes it suitable for range of applications.
Consisting of a ZE4 pump, hoses and gauges mounted on a cart, the Level Lift enables the elevation of equipment from a distance such as excavators, material handlers, dozers and the like for maintenance.
Also making up Enerpac’s hydraulic showcase will be its Pow’R-LOCK portable lifting system, designed for lifting of heavy off-highway machinery, such as haul trucks, and large industrial equipment.
A control system built into the Pow’RLOCK increases the safety of the unit by maintaining the position of a rotating locking collar near the base of the cylinder, providing a mechanical lock regardless of cylinder movement and control cycle.
This feature means the unit doesn’t rely on an operator to secure the load, with the lock automatically engaging as soon as the operator stops raising the cylinder.
Enerpac will also show its X-edition and slimline torque wrenches, as well as other various cylinders and pumps, including its new generation TQ-700E Classic 700 bar electric pump designed for continuous usage and easy maintenance.
